Front entrance up 6 steps into Hall. Large Lounge with stunning sea view, colour TV, DVD, video, music system and open fire. Integral Dining area with access to the Kitchen/Breakfast room including tiled floor, gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Back door leads up steep steps to the parking for one car. First Floor: Bedroom with sea view and 3ft pine bed. Master bedroom with sea view and 5ft bed. Bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed. Bathroom including separate shower and wc. Utility room with washing machine and drier. Second Floor: Bedroom with view with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunks. Bathroom including wc. Basement/playroom with slate floor, table tennis table and separate wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking for one car at the back via narrow lane with limited turning space, and possible parking at the front. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
