This modern block of apartments was built in 1982/83 and is adjacent to the St. Ives Bay Hotel. All apartments have picture windows with spectacular views over Porthminster Beach and out to Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

Each apartment has an allocated parking space, and there is a coin operated laundry room and telephone communal to the block. From the apartments it is only a few minutes walk down to Porthminster Beach and the pretty St Ives branch line which are below the block as pictured below, and it is just a five minute walk to the shops and harbour.

A well-appointed apartment furnished in a modern style and enjoying panoramic sea views from the lounge.

Living room with 2 single storabeds, colour TV, DVD and CD/Hi-Fi. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with joined 2x2ft 6ins beds, which can be separated if required. Bathroom with shower over the bath, washbasin and wc.

Electricity inclusive. Heating – 1 night store and 1 panel heater. Duvets provided but visitors must bring own linen. One reserves parking space No. 43. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
