Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, fridge and microwave. Shower room including washbasin and wc. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and washbasin. Bedroom with 3ft bed.

Electricity/gas- inclusive. Heating – electric fire and electric oil filled radiators. Duvets provided including linen and towels (no beach towels). No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
