These self-contained flats offer harbour side accommodation with commanding views over the town and bay, facing south and only a few minutes walk to shops and car parking. All flats are comfortably furnished with fitted carpets and easy care flooring, colour TV, radio/cassette/CD player, smoke detectors and heating facilities. Flats 3 and 4 have a cot space where indicated (please request at time of booking, cot sheet only supplied, visitors need to bring other bedding for cot i.e. top sheet and blankets/duvet). Dual weight 15 tog duvets on all beds. All flats have ironing facilities, suction cleaner, microwave and toaster. Visitors need to bring personal and kitchen towels.

Electric fire, night storage heater, glazed screen and hatchway to modern fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and extractor fan. Bathroom with bath, including electric thermostatic shower, wc. and washbasin, shaver point, airing cupboard with immersion heater, heat and light fitting. Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan, fitted units and vanitory basin, shaver point and double glazing. Cot space. Bedroom with three 2ft 6in divans, vanitory basin and double glazing. Hallway, night storage heater and coat hanging area.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating – three storage and one portable heater. Duvets and all bed linen supplied. Cot available, reserve on booking. No parking. Smoking permitted. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
