This end of terrace old fisherman’s cottage is situated between the harbour and Porthgwidden beach, adjacent to the St Ives museum. It has sea views across St Ives Bay from the lounge and front bedroom and an attractive sunny courtyard. Access is at the side by way of a slope and six steps.

First Floor: Lounge including colour TV, two night storage heaters and a separate electric heater. Dining room with electric heater. Kitchen with low beamed ceiling, ornamental Cornish range, electric under counter ovens, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, fridge and washer/drier. Cloakroom with night storage heater. Shower room including washbasin and wc. Second Floor: Bedroom with view, 2 x 3ft beds and storage heater. Bedroom with, 4ft 6in divan wash basin and electric heater. Separate wc on landing.

Electricity – Inclusive. Heating – three storage heaters and three portable heaters. Duvets are provided but visitors must bring their own linen including duvet covers. Garage parking for one car access height 5ft 10in, width 7ft 10in. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
