Primrose Court is situated close to Porthminster Beach up a short but steep hill and is within walking distance of the railway station, town and harbour. This first floor flat has magnificent views across Porthminster Beach to St. Ives harbour and the bay.  The accommodation has been tastefully modernised, including double glazing, gas central heating and has a balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom.  Communal courtyard including drying area.  Tennis courts opposite available for hire.

Entrance hall: Living room with integral kitchen.  Large bay window, colour TV with freeview, DVD player & mini Hi Fi, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge.  Main bedroom with 4ft 6in bed.  Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans.  Bathroom including shower over bath, wc and electric shaver point.

Electricity/gas - inclusive.  Heating - gas central heating.  Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers.  Telephone for incoming calls (outgoing calls possible with a BT charge card, otherwise 999 emergency calls only).  Parking for one car only.  No Smoking. No pets.  Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
