Piazza and Barnaloft
Piazza and Barnaloft are adjacent blocks of flats and maisonettes situated on the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. They both contain a cosy mix of residential and letting units, most of which have at least one private balcony overlooking the beach, and in each block there is a private access direct onto the beach, available in summer weather permitting. They are ideally situated for the family holiday in the picturesque old quarter of St Ives and only a few minutes walk from the shops and harbour. Coin operated launderette on site.

Immaculately, appointed, furnished and equipped maisonette, refurbished in February 2007.

Ground floor: Open plan, lounge directly overlooking the beach, beechwood floor and open plan staircase (not suitable for very young children), double bed settee and matching comfortable sofa, colour TV and DVD. Dining area. Balcony with furniture. Well equipped fitted kitchen with split level cooker, extractor, microwave and fridge. First Floor: main bedroom overlooking the beach with 5ft divan, ample fitted wardrobe units and colour TV. En Suite with shower cubicle, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with 2 x 3ft divans, fitted wardrobe unit, vanitory unit and wash basin. Bathroom with white suite including wc, electric shower over bath and heated towel rail.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating - full gas central heating. Duvets including linen, and towels provided. Parking for one car, Garage number 18. Smoking Permitted. No pets. Damage deposit £100.
