A large house with private parking in an Edwardian terrace of four situated off the main road into St Ives with superb views over Porthminster Beach, the Bay and into the harbour.

Ground Floor: Hallway. Dining room with view. Lounge with view, gas fire, colour TV and video (note seating for 6). Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Large Shower room including large tray shower, washbasin and wc. Door to rear courtyard with picnic table. First Floor: Bedroom with view and 5ft bed. Bedroom with view and 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft pine beds and 2 x 3ft built-in bunk beds. Bathroom with bath and washbasin. Separate wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas fire and gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking for one car in parking area just inside entrance and for one small car directly in front of the house. No pets. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.

60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
