Entrance through courtyard up 12 steps to front door and then 12 stairs from front door to Second Floor: Landing with stairgate. Lounge/Diner with colour TV, DVD, video, CD player, bed/settee for alternative sleeping and wide opening window to harbour view (not suitable to be left open with young children). Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/drier and dishwasher. Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan and window to harbour view. Ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and wc. Access through the double room to Bedroom bunk beds, top bunk has restricted head room, fitted cupboard and window to side lane.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring linen including covers. No Smoking. No parking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
