Access by way of 20 steps to apartment.  Lounge area with colour TV and DVD player.  Kitchen/dining area including electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher.  Bedroom with 4ft 6in metal frame bed.  Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds.  Bathroom including shower over bath, wash basin and wc. 

Electricity/gas - inclusive.  Heating - gas central heating.  Duvets but visitors must bring their own linen including covers.  Parking for one car.  No smoking.  No pets.  Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
