Entrance up 3 steps into kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/drier, dishwasher and CD player/radio. First Floor space: Lounge with colour TV and video. Second Floor: Bedroom with 2 x 3ft pine bunks and a 3ft pine bed. Bathroom including mains shower over bath and wc. Third Floor: Attic bedroom (pine clad walls) with 4ft 6in pine bed.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating – two storage heaters and two portable heaters. Duvets, no linen. No parking. Pets considered October to March. Stairs have open balustrades and may not be suitable for young children. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.
