Sea Urchin

Sea Urchin comprises six apartments situated at the end of Headland Road. It has magnificent views of St Ives Bay across Porthkidney Sands to Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse. The apartments are double glazed and have been attractively furnished and equipped to a very high standard with wooden or tiled floors throughout. There is a shared terraced garden including furniture, barbecue facilities and a drying area. Nearby is the cliff walk between St Ives (40 minutes) and Lelant, and the West Cornwall Golf Links (10 minutes). Porthkidney Sands is less than 10 minutes walk as is Carbis Bay Beach, branch line railway station, bus stop and the nearest supermarket.

Flat 2 is furnished in a contemporary style and is equipped to an exceptional standard throughout. A bay window in the lounge opens onto a private balcony which boasts superb, uninterrupted views over Gwithian and Godrevy.
From the parking area the entrance is down 5 steps at the front of the property which leads directly into the Kitchen/Diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, washer/drier & dishwasher. Bathroom including separate shower cubicle, bath, washbasin and wc. Bedroom is fully furnished with 4ft 6in bed, wardrobe and bedside table/drawers.
