It is attractively furnished and approached by 4 steps through the residents' peaceful granite-walled flowered courtyard and a further 15 steps to the first floor entrance. There is also a car space at the entrance to the court. Open staircase not suitable for small children.

Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/drier. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds and 1 x 3ft bed. Shower room including wash basin and wc. Open staircase to L-shaped balcony Lounge with colour TV, DVD player and CD/hi-fi.

Electricity/gas – Inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring linen including covers. Parking space for one car. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
