Master Bedroom with 5ft bed with pocket sprung mattress and radio, ensuite shower room with power shower, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail. Door to outside decked area with patio furniture. Second Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, TV and fitted wardrobe. Bathroom: spacious with Villeroy and Bosch fittings. Power shower above bath and heated towel rail. Enclosed small front terrace area benefiting from evening sun.

Electricity/gas – inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring their linen including covers.
