The apartments all have parking spaces at the rear of the apartments
and many have superb views across the bay to Hayle Towans

Double bed/settee, TV/Video/DVD with freeview, Radio/CD player. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and ensuite bathroom with washbasin, wc, bath with shower over, heated towel rail, housing with washer/drier.

Electricity/gas – Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking space for one car (1.8 metres wide) at rear of property (up 11 steps from ground level). No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
