Academy Terrace is a small terrace of cottages overlooking the harbour, 10 yards off the cobbled Fore Street (The access from Fore Street is by way of 13 steps) and only 50 yards from the harbour front. The accommodation has been tastefully refurbished and decorated and has gas fired central heating as well as harbour views from the living room and second floor bedroom.  

Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. First Floor: Large open plan Living/Dining room with TV and DVD player, CD player; integral Fitted Kitchen incorporating built in oven and hob, cooker hood, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, microwave. Shower room including WC.  Second Floor: steep stairs to attic bedroom  with 4ft 6in bed.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Holiday membership at St Ives Leisure Centre included until 01/08/08. Damage Deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
