Piazza and Barnaloft
Piazza and Barnaloft are adjacent blocks of flats and maisonettes situated on the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. They both contain a cosy mix of residential and letting units, most of which have at least one private balcony overlooking the beach, and in each block there is a private access direct onto the beach, available in summer weather permitting. They are ideally situated for the family holiday in the picturesque old quarter of St Ives and only a few minutes walk from the shops and harbour. Coin operated launderette on site.

Entrance on the Third Floor. Open plan living room/kitchen with door to balcony overlooking the beach. Colour TV, electric cooker, microwave fridge and freezer. Separate wc with washbasin. Open staircase (not suitable for very young children) to bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, washbasin and balconies, one overlooking the beach and the other south facing for secluded sunbathing. Open staircase (not suitable for very young children) to Second Floor : which has a bedroom overlooking the beach with 2 x 3ft divans and another with 2 x 3ft divans overlooking the courtyard. New bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin, wc and shaver point. Fitted carpet in bedrooms, wooden floor in living room. Balcony furniture.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating - electric underfloor and one portable heater. Duvets are provided but visitors must bring their own linen. No pets. No Smoking. Damage deposit £100
