Entrance from Bowling Green Terrace into utility area with WC and washbasin, through to kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Living/dining room with large window overlooking the garden, stripped pine floors, TV with Video/DVD and free-view, radio with CD and cassette player.

First floor: Large bathroom with washbasin, w/c and bath with shower over, the washing machine is also in this room. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and views across the bay to Hayle Towans. Bedroom with 2ft 6ins bunk beds. Steep staircase to Second Floor bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds views across the Bay to Hayle Towans and ensuite shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin.

Electricity/gas – inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets are provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. No smoking. No pets. No parking. Damage deposit £100.
