This block of apartments built in 1977 is on the site of the Gwel Marten Hotel.  Within easy reach of Carbis Bay beach and the branch line Railway station.  Each unit overlooks the beach and has a fine view of St Ives Bay.  West Cornwall Golf Links is nearby.  Each apartment has a covered allocated parking space. All apartments also have shared use of the terrace garden immediately in front of the apartments, which is laid to lawn and enjoys superb views into St Ives Bay.

This first floor apartment is well equipped and furnished to a high standard with commanding views of St Ives Bay from the living room window. Access is at the rear, down only three steps from the drive level.

Lounge with dining room, TV, freeview, DVD, video and CD player.  Kitchen with split-level electric cooker, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.  Bedroom with king size double bed.  Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans.  Bathroom with bath, wc and bidet, 2 washbasins and separate shower.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
