These self-contained flats offer harbour side accommodation with commanding views over the town and bay, facing south and only a few minutes walk to shops and car parking. All flats are comfortably furnished with fitted carpets and easy care flooring, colour TV, radio/cassette/CD player, smoke detectors and heating facilities. Flats 3 and 4 have a cot space where indicated (please request at time of booking, cot sheet only supplied, visitors need to bring other bedding for cot i.e. top sheet and blankets/duvet). Dual weight 15 tog duvets on all beds. All flats have ironing facilities, suction cleaner, microwave and toaster. Visitors need to bring personal and kitchen towels.
Family owned and personally supervised since 1957.

Flat with full width traditional diamond paned windows, fronted by a flower trough. Spaced internal sliding double-glazing has been installed for added comfort and soundproofing.

Entrance vestibule with outer and inner doors leading to living room. Night storage heater. Electric fire. Kitchenette area to rear with split level oven and hob unit, microwave, fridge and extractor fan, fitted kitchen units. Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan fitted furniture, night storage heater. Bedroom approached through archway curtained from living room with 2ft 6in divan and fitted units (note this room has no external windows). Bathroom with washbasin, wc, bath and thermostatic shower, immersion heater cupboard, wall heater and shaver socket.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating - two storage heaters. Duvets and all bed linen supplied. No parking. Smoking Permitted. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
