An end of terrace house situated just off the town centre with distant sea views from two bedrooms towards the harbour and Godrevy.  Five minutes walk from the seafront, the accommodation is more suitable for 4 Adults and 2 Children as the lounge would be small for 6 Adults.  Well equipped and furnished to a good standard.    

Entrance into Hallway with radiator.  Lounge with colour TV, DVD and video, electric fire and radiator.  Dining room with radiator (table & 4 chairs).  Kitchen/Breakfast room (table & 4 chairs) with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and radio/cassette.  Stairs from Hallway to First Floor:  Bathroom with electric shower over bath,  washbasin and immersion heater.  Separate wc.  Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan, radiator and sea view.  Bedroom with 2 x 3ft pine bunk beds, radiator and washbasin. Steep narrow staircase to Second/Attic Floor: with 2 x 3ft divans, radiator and sea view.        

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - Gas central heating and electric fire. Duvets and blankets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers.   Parking for one car and small patio area with chairs, both are across a vehicular right of way.  No pets.  No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
