Situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives this large ground floor apartment has a superb view across the Bay to Hayle Towans. It is one of a newly converted block which have been finished to a very high standard and has the added extras of a parking space, central heating, a whirlpool bath and use of the front patio area.

Entrance along the right hand side of the building into a large hallway with cupboard housing washer drier. Lounge/Dining area with TV/DVD with freeview.
