Entrance Hall leading into fitted Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with fitted carpet and 4ft 6in divan. Shower room including wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Lounge/diner with wood floor and scatter rugs, floor to ceiling feature window, colour TV, DVD, CD player and feature fire place.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating – electric fire, two night storage heaters and one portable heater. Duvet provided but visitors must bring own linen including duvet cover. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
