Carthew Terrace is a secluded row of larger properties situated in an elevated position enjoying views towards Porthmeor beach. Fully refurbished in 2001, and personally supervised by the resident owners.

Entrance on First Floor of house. Lounge/diner with colour TV/video, mini HiFi and sea views. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with one king size bed (can be unzipped to make 2 x 2ft6in divans if required). Shower room with basin and wc.

Electricity/gas inclusive. Heating – gas central heating early/late season plus convector heater. Duvets including linen and towels provided (please specify if 2 singles or king size required). Parking at rear of property. No Smoking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
