Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom with shower over the bath, wc and wash basin. Third/Attic Floor: Bedroom with views of the bay, harbour and town, 4ft 6in pine bed, TV, video and an en-suite shower room including wash basin and wc.

Electricity/gas – inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
