Lyonesse Apartments were converted in 2007 to a very high standard.
The apartments all have parking spaces at the rear of the apartments
and many have superb views across the bay to Hayle Towans

This upper ground floor apartment has been finished to a very high standard and is one of a newly converted block. Situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives the apartment has a parking space, central heating and a sea view across the bay to Hayle Towans.

Entrance at the rear of the building along into hallway. Kitchen/Living/Dining area with Electric double oven, Gas Hob, Microwave and Fridge Freezer. TV with Freeview, DVD and Radio/CD Player. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bathroom with washbasin, wc, bath with shower over and heated towel rail. Washer/Drier.

Electricity/gas – Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking space for one car (1.8 metres wide) at rear of property. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
