This block of apartments completed in 2003 is on the site of the former St Uny Hotel. Within easy reach of Carbis Bay beach and the pretty branch line Railway station. West Cornwall Golf Links is nearby. The apartments are fitted to a high standard with all seaward side apartments enjoying sea views. Every apartment has either a garage or an allocated parking space. All apartments also have shared use of the large raised sun terrace to the front of the apartments, which enjoys superb views into St Ives Bay

A modern apartment completed in 2003 situated a short walk from Carbis Bay beach and railway station. This apartment, furnished by a local Interior Designer, is on the first floor and enjoys superb views over St Ives Bay from the living room and master bedroom. There is also a shared terrace at the front of the building, again with excellent views over the Bay and a garage for a medium size car.
