Entrance up one flight of granite steps to front door, then one flight of steep/narrow stairs. Open plan room including Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge; fold down 4 ft 6 in bed; colour TV/video, cd hifi and dining table in dormer window overlooking Porthgwidden. Shower room including washbasin and wc (in sloping eves restricting headroom near wc).

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – oil filled portable radiator. Duvet and linen provided. No parking. No Pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
