External stairs to First Floor: entrance into the living room/kitchen with combined colour TV/DVD and night store heater. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and storage heater. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom including shower over bath and wc.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – night storage heaters. Duvets provided but visitors must bring linen including covers. Parking for one car. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
