Piazza and Barnaloft
Piazza and Barnaloft are adjacent blocks of flats and maisonettes situated on the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. They both contain a cosy mix of residential and letting units, most of which have at least one private balcony overlooking the beach, and in each block there is a private access direct onto the beach, available in summer weather permitting. They are ideally situated for the family holiday in the picturesque old quarter of St Ives and only a few minutes walk from the shops and harbour. Coin operated launderette on site.

Entrance hall with glass partitions between the kitchen and lounge/dining room with superb view overlooking the beach.

Kitchen including double stainless steel sink unit, electric cooker with hood, microwave and fridge. Balcony with furniture; access from the lounge. Large lounge/dining room - oak dining suite, comfortable three piece suite, futon bed settee, colour TV, video and DVD. Bathroom including electric shower over bath, heated towel rail, electric shaver point and wc. Cloakroom with wc and washbasin. Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan and fitted carpet.
