This fisherman’s cottage has been attractively modernised, featuring beamed ceilings and granite walls. There are four level with the ground floor having access to Island Road. The second/attic floor has been opened up with two sea view dormer windows, one facing Porthgwidden and St. Ives Bay and the other looking towards Porthmeor and Clodgy Point.

Lower Ground Floor: (Island Road). Kitchen/diner with gas multi-point water heater, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and tumble drier. Open staircase to Ground Floor: (Burrow Road). Large lounge/dining room with fitted gas fire, colour TV and video. Open staircase to First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft pine beds. Bathroom including shower over bath, wc and wall heater. Narrow steep staircase to the Second/Attic Floor (not suitable for the elderly or very young children): Bed sitting room with 2 x 3ft pine beds.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating – four storage and two panel heaters. Duvets, linen included. No parking. No Smoking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
