Piazza and Barnaloft
Piazza and Barnaloft are adjacent blocks of flats and maisonettes situated on the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. They both contain a cosy mix of residential and letting units, most of which have at least one private balcony overlooking the beach, and in each block there is a private access direct onto the beach, available in summer weather permitting. They are ideally situated for the family holiday in the picturesque old quarter of St Ives and only a few minutes walk from the shops and harbour. Coin operated launderette on site.

12 Barnaloft is in a magnificent position and is exceptionally well appointed.

Lounge/dining room directly overlooking the beach with comfortable modern double sofa, matching armchairs, oak dining furniture, built-in cupboards, colour TV, video and DVD. Door to balcony with chairs. Main bedroom also overlooking the beach with 4ft 6in divan, colour TV, built-in cupboards and co-ordinating furnishing and ensuite shower room including wc. Second bedroom with two 3ft divans, vanitory wash basin and built-in cupboards, co-ordinating furnishings. Bathroom with shower over bath, wc. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating - Three convector heaters and two storage/convector heaters . Duvets or blankets but no bed linen (i.e. sheets, pillow cases). Telephone for incoming calls only. Garage no 3. No pets. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.

60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
