Ground Floor: Open plan room including Lounge area with colour TV, DVD, video with Free View digital decoder, CD Hi-Fi. Kitchen/dining area with fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, washer/drier, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed and 3ft folding bed. Bedroom with 4ft 6in iron bed and wash basin. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, wash basin and wc.

Electricity/gas – Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
