Piazza and Barnaloft
Piazza and Barnaloft are adjacent blocks of flats and maisonettes situated on the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. They both contain a cosy mix of residential and letting units, most of which have at least one private balcony overlooking the beach, and in each block there is a private access direct onto the beach, available in summer weather permitting. They are ideally situated for the family holiday in the picturesque old quarter of St Ives and only a few minutes walk from the shops and harbour. Coin operated launderette on site.

11 Barnaloft is in a magnificent position, overlooking Porthmeor beach, and is exceptionally well appointed.

Entrance hall with laminate flooring and archway through to fitted Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher. Lounge/Dining room directly over looking the beach with sofa bed, colour TV with Freeview and video, DVD player, CD HiFi with DAB radio and door to balcony. Main Bedroom also overlooking the beach with 5ft bed, colour TV and built in wardrobe. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and built in wardrobe. Bathroom, fully tiled, with shower over the bath and wc.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – storage heaters. Duvets and blankets provided but visitors must bring linen including covers. No parking. No Pets. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.

60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
