The Warren is the narrow lane connecting the town centre to Porthminster Beach and is a comparatively flat walk in either direction.  The cottage has been newly decorated, recarpeted and attractively furnished, retaining many original and unusual features including beamed ceilings throughout.  It also has fine views over the harbour from the bay windows of the lounge and master bedroom.  

From road level up 8 steps to stable door entrance and front sitting area.  The lounge/dining room with exposed granite wall and log burning stove has views looking into the harbour.  Equipped with dining table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, colour TV, DVD and video and window seat in bay to front.  Hand made kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, CD radio and built in table seating 4.  Stairs from the lounge to half landing, 4 steps to front Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and harbour views. Shower room with power shower, wash basin, bidet and wc.  From half landing 5 further steps to middle Bedroom with 2 x 3ft stor-a-beds (limited space when both beds are in use).  Separate wc.  Utility area with vanity wash basin and washing machine. The Rear Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed has garden views.  The rear of this unique room is a huge Blue Elvin rock around which the room is designed.  There is also access, up an open ladder to an attic space making this room unsuitable for very young children.  Stable door to rear courtyard/garden with patio furniture.       

Electricity/gas - Inclusive.  Heating – gas central heating and log burning stove (no logs supplied).  Duvets are provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers.  Garage space at the rear of The Terrace (Map Ref D6), approx 5 minutes walk. No Pets.  No smoking.  Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
