Street-an-Garrow is situated close to the town centre and shops and a short walk from the harbour and beaches. The accommodation has been comfortably furnished and well equipped and has the benefit of a good sized rear courtyard/patio with furniture and a parking space at the front of the house.

Ground Floor: Entrance from parking space into hallway. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and door to patio. Lounge with wide screen plasma TV with surround sound, CD/hi-fi, DVD, video and freeview through to Dining room with additional settee and doors to patio. Open staircase from hallway (not suitable for young children) to First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with metal 4ft 6in bed with 3ft bunk over and travel cot. Bathroom with corner bath and shower over, wash basin and wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring linen including covers. Parking for 1 medium size car. No pets. No smoking. Holiday membership at St Ives Leisure Centre included. Damage deposit £100.
