Entrance: Down 2 steps into small living room with colour TV & video. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine/dryer. Separate wc. First Floor: Bedroom with 2 x 3 ft divans and washbasin (note this room is a throughfare between the ground floor and the remainder of the house). Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan and washbasin. Second Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans. Bathroom with electric shower over bath and wc.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – electric fire and 4 portable heaters. Duvets are provided but visitors must bring their own linen, including covers. Telephone for incoming calls. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
