A walk from the National Trust Car Park
at Godrevy, around the headland to see the seals.

A couple just enjoying the view across
the bay to St Ives, with a seagull keeping an eye on them. The beach in
the distance on the left is Porthkidney Sands, and just right of centre
is Carbis Bay Beach. St Ives harbour is just out of view on the right

The closest point to the lighthouse. In
the distance is a yacht taking a trip up the coast, which we had seen
leaving St Ives an hour or so earlier

The cove on the Eastern side of the
headland, looking east past Hells Mouth. This cove, which extends 50
yards or so out of view below and to the right, often contains 40-50
seals bathing in the sunshine, but today we were unlucky and it was
empty - off feeding we guessed
