Occupying a desirable location overlooking one of St Ives’ many beaches, this cosy, coastal retreat offers guests an abundance of fresh sea air and far-reaching sea views. Located in the heart of the popular town of St Ives on the West Cornwall coastline, guests will be spoilt with a range of eateries, independent shops and wonderful galleries on their doorstep. Particularly popular with artists, the picturesque fishing village is home to the Tate Gallery St Ives, which sits majestically above a golden, sandy beach and the clear, blue sea.

Small, but perfectly formed, this contemporary studio apartment is light and airy. Neutral tones create a relaxing atmosphere, whilst all the mod-cons will ensure a comfortable stay. You enter into the lounge area, where a comfy sofa is the ideal spot to curl up of an evening. Moving through the apartment, you pass the well-equipped kitchen (complete with washer/dryer and dishwasher) before arriving at the bedroom area, which contains a double bed and an open wardrobe. A shower room completes the accommodation.

St Ives itself has lots to offer, including lazy days on the beach, adrenaline-filled watersports, soothing art galleries and access to the South West Coast Path. There are also cafes, pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets within its cobbled streets, many of which are within 100 metres of the property. Further afield, you can visit national landmark, Land’s End, the unique clifftop Minack Theatre, or a quiet, secluded cove like Porthcurno with its idyllic white sand clear sea (all within 18 miles). You can also enjoy walks along the South West Coast Path in either direction to picturesque beauty spots.

Nice, well equipped all in one apartment, perfect location by the sea wall. Pay the inflated price for St Ives during the summer holidays. I visited with my young son, we had a wonderful week.

Property was good. Has everything you need. You should be aware that there is a constant flow of people walking past, which means they look into the property window. Therefore spoiling the sea view.

Adorable Studio Retreat Lovely comfortable stay for 4 nights over the Bank Holiday - on the coastal path affording spectacular views of the sea - during the night the sound of waves were Fantastic. Modern clean - well appointed with all appliances - would recommend- could have stayed for 7 nights
